Our sources tell us that the authorities have released Marco on bail and the victims have been informed about this from their solicitors. However, this is only for a certain period of time as he is expected to return to stand trial for not only the criminal cases that he faces charges for, but also some are expected to be upgraded to civil cases. His passport has also been confiscated as he is on a travel ban and is expected to remain in the UAE until the trials begin. It is alleged that the bail money was arranged by family members who we mentioned are part of his inner circle and his confidants. The irony of using the stolen money to grant himself bail was further emphasised when one of his victims saw him wining and dining at an expensive restaurant a few days later in Al-Quoz, Dubai. We discovered that one of his victims tried reaching out to him, but their email bounced back:

Strangely enough, Dasha happened to be in Dubai around the same time as when Marco was released. A mere coincidence or can one assume there is more to it??

It has come to light that both Marco’s sister in Italy and her son, who lives in Dubai, are allies in Marco’s inner circle as this proves to be a family affair.

It is claimed that most of the funds found their way to Italy under the care of Marco’s sister. While it’s not clear exactly how much is there, Marco carefully planned for this to be his retirement fund. It is clear that Marco had spent a sizeable amount of the total fund on his lavish lifestyle, but what also transpired is that Marco really had to dig deep to pay off some individuals that assisted him in getting these funds over from Dubai to Italy.

Whilst Marco sat at the top of the chain in command, his errand boy lives locally in Dubai and happens to be his nephew. We believe he plays a key role in Marco’s plans, as he was always seen to be playing the role of PA to his uncle from the earlier photos we retrieved of Marco. We’re also convinced that he is Marco’s ‘guy on the outside’ and his confidant. To learn more about Francesco, we have dedicated a section of the site to him.

She’s celebrating her own anniversary since an entire year has almost passed since she met her current beau, footballer Andrea Pinamonti. Her jet-setting lifestyle shows no signs of slowing down, as images from all over are plastered on her social media pages. We just wonder at whose expense?

One such reader of the article, who must have known Marco, posts the article on his LinkedIn profile, which then allows some individuals who came across Marco at some point in his crooked life give their opinion of him. It is no such surprise to hear their thoughts. Case in point...

We share our findings with him and low and behold, the story goes live in the UAE and across the Middle East. However, since our investigation is ongoing, we continue to remain in touch, but are playing the waiting game to see how this case unravels.

Having spoken to one solicitor that represents one of Marco’s victims, he confirmed that a few options were presented to Marco in terms of settlements and he is weighing up his options. He was informed that unless he does not negotiate, then he will more than likely be spending the following several years in prison. This indicates that Marco actually does have some funds stashed away, be it in fiat or crypto and his earlier claims to not have access to any funds or assets to his name are false.

Having now gone public with her new romance to Italian footballer Andrea Pinamonti, it seems like she has also thrust her son with swindler Marco Oliva into the public eye too. On the 16th April, Sassuolo played Juventus at their home ground. Prior to the game, the players line up with junior supporters & who was the mascot standing with Andrea Pinamonti? It’s no coincidence that it happened to be none other than Dasha & Marco’s 7 year old son, Francesco.

So while Dasha is fulfilling her son’s dream by lining up against one of the biggest clubs and footballers in the world, this must be the stuff of nightmares for his father, Marco, who is still sitting in a Fujairah prison and has to hear or witness how his family is now establishing a new life in Italy and settling in with a young footballer.

Since breaking the news of this new chapter in her love life, many Italian publications have written about the new couple, but up to now, little is known about her past that she left behind in Dubai, as she focuses on building a new life for her & their son, Francesco. However, we wonder what their followers and public will think when it’s revealed that she was complicit in Marco’s fraudulent activities.

After months of cryptic messages and hints of a new man in her life, Dasha has now officially joined the ‘WAG’ fraternity. The man of mystery has been revealed and it is Italian footballer Andrea Pinamonti. Andrea plays as a forward for serie A club Sassuolo and it seems like he has fallen for her charms. Yesterday, both he and Dasha posted the same image on each of their Instagram account simultaneously, whilst tagging and liking each other’s posts.

Their close-guarded relationship was first revealed with their hands held together back at the beginning of December, although it is not confirmed when or how they first met. What is certain is Dasha has settled into her new life in Italy since last October, having spent New Year’s and her 30th birthday in the company of her new lover.

A post from her 30th birthday party celebrations in Rome where we now know the identity of the colour-coordinated individual and mystery hand. No doubt the 23 year old is unaware of her shady past in Dubai, but it is only a matter of time before it all catches up with her.

After feeling the heat of having spent over four months in a Fujairah prison, Marco’s lawyer reaches out to the lawyer representing a few of the earlier investors who collectively lost several million Euros and has proposed to come to a resolution so he could be released. However, in typical Marco fashion, he claims he has very little left and at no point did he come clean in terms of the crypto-currency he’s still holding, any assets or offshore accounts. It isn’t clear what exactly was negotiated, but sources claim that it wasn’t a satisfactory proposal and Marco’s release is still no closer.

As we had initially assumed after having spent the past few months in Italy, Dasha has settled back in Italy after leaving Dubai in the midst of the storm created by her partner, Marco Oliva, who is still sitting in a Fujairah prison. Further to this, it appears like she has found a new partner after posting this image on her instagram yesterday on New Years’ Day.

It would appear like she wants to keep the identity of her new beau a secret, as he appears with a face-mask on and she also does not seem to have tagged him. This isn’t the first time she has shared a subtle image with her followers of him. Back in early December, there was another cryptic post on her social media account showing her holding hands with the same man who appears in the embrace with her above:

After nearly 6 weeks of living out in Italy with her son, Dasha returns to Dubai. This whole time, her estranged husband has been away in a lock-up out in Fujairah for two months now and is apparently feeling the strains and also the pressure as the cases and evidence piles up against him. Is her return merely a coincidence or has she come to aid Marco?

We have reason to believe that soon after becoming aware of Marco’s situation, Dasha may have decided to leave Dubai and move back to Italy with her son.

It appears from her social media posts that she has been spending a lot more time than usual in Naples and Rome and less so in Dubai. Could she be feeling the pressure of Marco’s case and also from being pursued by the investors or authorities? By seeing some of her stories and posts, her spending doesn’t seem to have slowed down. Makes us wonder how she is funding this lifestyle?

We were sent another screenshot of a conversation between what could be Marco’s single largest investor where again, he confirms he’s still in jail. We’re not sure when this conversation took place or even how Marco has his phone. However, what is interesting is how specific the sender of the message is with how much he is owed and there is no denial in reply from Marco. Coincidentally, we cross-checked this with some of the amounts in the ‘Buy-In’ sheet and there does seem to be some figures that roughly add up to this amount from one investor.

Despite being arrested towards the end of September, Marco was confident that he would be out by now. However, he still sits in the Fujairah prison as the cases build against him. We received a snapshot of a conversation he attempted to have with one of his victims to try convince them not to pursue a criminal case against him. His usual confident self can be seen through his comments:

As news spreads among the investors of Marco’s arrest, we are being told that several more investors are collectively coming together and reaching out to the solicitor, alongside a local sponsor, who helped put Marco in prison. One of the conditions of his release is to negotiate with those prosecuting him to come to a settlement. Despite having his assets seized, It is alleged that he still has funds in some overseas accounts, crypto wallets and also under his wife’s name. These make it a little difficult to gain access to Marco’s wealth. However, Marco is now facing the harsh reality of staying behind bars until he comes to an amicable agreement with each investor that has filed a case against him.

Several investors discover that one of the earlier investors who claimed to be a victim of Marco’s scheme had actually been a past colleague of his during his SMS campaign-scamming days.

Fabrizio Manese, also known as Fabi, was allegedly a part of the ponzi scheme and managed to lure others to Marco, with the promise of a large ROI on the back of their initial crypto investment. He used his own portfolio as an example and shared how Marco had made a 700% return for him on his investment. However, these funds were all taken from new investors and paid to Fabrizio, a classic ponzi-scheme move.

According to our sources, Marco was one of Fabrizio’s clients during his early days when both were in affiliate marketing. Marco recruited people to sign up to Fabrizio’s sites and they both benefited from conning people into bogus subscription models. One of Fabrizio’s affiliate marketing sites still exists today, www.gotzha.com. It was through their Amsterdam office that Fabrizio became acquainted with some of the Dutch investors. He also runs www.hoofdbaas.com, a website that provides training on how to overcome mental anxiety.

What was a coincidence is on the sheet we were given access to of all investors who transferred funds to Marco and are yet to receive anything in return, Fabrizio’s name did not appear. This gave the impression that he either managed to retrieve his funds/profits, or he was working alongside Marco. There are also rumours that Fabrizio assisted Marco in some of the contracts that were drawn up for each investor.

Many of the investors are of the opinion that Marco has made crypto/fiat transfers over to his ‘ex-wife and entrusted his assets over to her. Judging by her lifestyle, it certainly seems to be one of a flaunting millionaire. However, the source of her income is yet to be confirmed.

She starred in an Italian program hosted by a couple of well-renowned comedians in Italy that documented her life in Dubai. The show explores a typical day in her life with high-end shopping, expensive restaurants and exclusive nightclubs. This boosted her social media profile and fed her ambition of becoming part of Dubai’s elite social circle.

A small group of the investors decided to come together and seek a lawyer to take on their case and began criminal proceedings against Marco for fraud. We’re not quite sure when this began, but we were informed that in late September, he was asked to show up at a Fujairah police station and is being held there. His passport was also confiscated, as he was deemed a flight risk. At some point, he would have had his phone and replied to one of his victims who was chasing his investment, confirming his whereabouts:

He has been advised that if he does not make amends by returning funds, either in crypto or in fiat, his assets would be frozen and he would serve lengthy jail time.

One victim who sought to claim his investment back from Marco was provided with a string of outrageous documents that claimed a consultancy firm was investing ONE BILLION EUROS in his company, with €19.6M pending. Even after being exposed for the fraudster he is, Marco still thinks he can wriggle his way out of this hole with fake material. However, we discovered it really isn’t hard to find such similar documents online. All Marco then had to do is what he does best and doctor it to suit his needs. Upon hearing of this, we took it upon ourselves to do abit of research into this company that Marco claims he’s in business with. It was interesting to find this warning on their website:
